Acorn Recruitment is searching for a Night Shift Supervisor on behalf of our client, an FMCG company based in North Wales.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager the purpose of the role is to lead a small team of staff covering hygiene and production duties.

Duties include:

- Ensuring that all areas meet with high hygiene standards and that production lines are ready to start each morning.

- Liaising directly with Supervisors and Operatives to ensure hygiene standards are maintained and food products are manufactured to defined quality standards.

- Audit the site in terms of housekeeping, glass and perspex, start-ups and ensuring non-compliance are addressed.

- Maintain a filing system for all production records and ensure all paperwork is complete.
Training of staff in production and hygiene areas.

The successful candidate will have experience within a supervisory role and hold a food hygiene certificate.

Hours of work:

Sunday – Thursday 10pm – 6am
