Our team provides the very best service, medically assisting and supporting patients and their families who have been injured or taken ill overseas. We are recruiting for Administrators to support our Case Managers and Global Response needs you to be fluent in written and spoken English and a second European language preferably French.
Multilingual Administrators supporting our Medical Assistance Case Managers
We are open 7 days a week and our shift rotations are:
- 7.45am to 3.45pm
- 10am to 6pm
- 12 noon to 8pm
Fluency in spoken and written English is a must, together with a second European language preferably French.
Who we are:
Global Response provides emergency travel medical assistance, logistical support and claims handling services to travel insurance policy holders and corporate clients who become sick, injured or need to claim under their insurance policy during or following their overseas trip. We are based in Cardiff Bay overlooking Roath Basin and we are easily accessible by all forms of public transport.
Not one day is the same as the next as patients call in from all over the world for our assistance with a wide range of medical needs. Our administrators need to be able to take the first call and set up a case and assist the Case Managers. We give the best service acknowledged by an Industry Award and our administrators have to be calm, organised and have outstanding people skills as we deal with patients and their families who can be worried and concerned about the situation they find themselves in.
