Internal Telesales Customer Account Manager
Location - Bridgend
Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
£25,000 plus bonus (OTE £50K)
Our client, a fast growing company is intent on providing excellent customer service levels and with a vision of growing their business model considerably. They are looking for a high calibre Internal Telesales Customer Account Executive, to help assist them with their growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
• Assisting the pro-active drive and efforts of the sales team, this involves dealing with management in global and blue chip companies nationwide.
• You will be carrying out a minimum of 4 hours of telesales in order to generate sales leads and business growth with a combination of prospecting and contacting existing customers. A courageous and very positive attitude is essential for this role.
• You will have experience selling capital items. The average order value is £15 to £20K.
• You will be providing efficient support to the face-to-face sales team. You will be updating the CRM system, completing sales admin tasks, preparing proposals and sending information to customers via post or email
• You will need to be able to respond promptly, efficiently and politely to any customer-service requirements and provide efficient and timely support to the sales team when on the road selling.
• You will need to be highly competent in standard PC programs (Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. And also proficient at using LinkedIn to find contacts and build links to create sales opportunities
• You will need to feel comfortable talking positively to large Blue Chip Company’s on the phone. You will be need to lead by example with a high level of perseverance and tenacity.
• You will need to enter the business with lots of enthusiasm and be prepared to work smart and very hard.
