Citizens Advice Cardiff and Vale is a progressive and dynamic advice service offering exciting career opportunities for individuals to join our organisation. We currently have vacancies within our Consumer Advice Call Centre.
We are looking for people with experience of working in a call centre environment and/or delivering advice within a legal framework. Inbound advice calls only.
Hours: Full time and Part-time, Monday - Friday
Salary: £16,000 (increasing to £16,300 after successful completion of 3 month probation)
Holidays: 22 days annual leave per annum, plus Bank Holidays
