We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager, who is able to manage a well established successful team to maximise their sales capabilities and to meet their sales budgets.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Driving sales activity to meet set targets.
•Preparing a strategic sales plan that demonstrates an understanding of the local market.
•Ability to analyse and share management information and data.
•Proactively building relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
•Recruiting and retaining your team ensuring they are trained and developed to support individual potential.
•Actively managing the areas of budgetary responsibility through monthly monitoring and analysis against budget and forecast.
•Reviewing performance weekly, ensuring targets, objectives and KPIs are in place, understood and met.
•Ability to review performance in line with one to ones, appraisals and team meetings.
•Positively promoting company values, policies and good practice through own behaviours and management style.
•Ability to ensure that tangible, measurable results are achieved through people.
•A proven leader; inspirational, influential and with the drive to achieve.
•Experience of managing a team of Recruitment Consultants.
•It is essential that you have experience at Branch Manager level in Recruitment.
•Excellent influencing and communication skills.
•A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
