Salary of circa £18,000 per annum

Reporting into the Director of an SME organisation, the main duties of the role will include -

* Manage all aspects of SAGE accounts including Payroll
* Deal with Sales & Purchase Ledgers
* Responsible for Journals and Vat Returns
* Deal with Petty Cash Reconciliation and Monthly Bank Reconciliation
* Process weekly Sage Payroll system for employees
* Reconcile employee hours in preparation for payroll
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations for Net Wages / PAYE / NIC / Pension
* Prepare Year end reports for Accountants
* Process year end Payroll
* Credit Control duties
* Deal with invoice queries
* Banking duties
* Ad hoc admin tasks
