Access Training is a family run construction company that was established in 2004. We have five centres based around the country (with plans to open two more over the next 12 months) and have trained in excess of 20,000 students since our beginning.

We are currently looking to recruit a proactive, experienced HR Manager to join our team based at our Head Office in Cardiff. The HR Manager role will be responsible for all aspects of HR. The job holder is expected to be proactive in the implementation of Access Trainings Stratergy. We would expect the candidate to have relevant HR experience in a similar role.

Requirements of Human Resources Managers position:

  • Working closely with the Senior Management Team
  • Implementation and management of an online HR software
  • Managing a growing team of over 75 employees
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of employment law
  • Exploiting market best practices for the recruitment and selection process
  • Performance management and all employee relation issues
  • Effective control of Absence Management
  • Making sure of the continued Professional Training and Development of all employees
