Our client, an IT company is currently looking for a Telesales Executive.
Primary responsibilities include:
Managing the prospect database - continually updating all prospect information and ensuring all calls are scheduled, completed and followed up accurately and to deadline.
Cleansing the database to ensure all information is kept up to date.
Prioritising and scheduling calls.
Following up edm and dm campaigns.
Following up marketing event and seminar attendees.
Relationship building with all prospects.
Lead and appointment generation.
Experience within a telesales/ sales environment would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
Additional attributes would include:
Confident telephone manner
Willingness to learn
Ability to cross sell and identify new opportunities
Drive and enthusiasm to find the next lead!
