Customer Service Advisor
Salary is £7.25 per hour.
Full-time. Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm.
You will be based within the Home Emergency department of one of the leading claims management and loss adjusting businesses in the UK. Your role will be to act as the first point of contact for existing customers and creating files for new claims etc.
• To provide excellent customer service and ensure that all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
• Input customer details on the in-house database system ensuring all details are entered with the highest of accuracy and that as much detail is recorded as possible
• Ensuring all administration is completed and kept up to date
• Candidates must have an excellent telephone manner, must be confident and maintain a professional demeanour at all times
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and keep up with their own workload
• Good IT skills are imperative
• Candidates must have a friendly, helpful and positive attitude
• Must be able to work well as part of a team but also be relied upon to work autonomously
• Must be able to organise and prioritise their own workload and be able to make effective decisions at short notice.
