Based in Caerphilly, £6.70 - £7.20 ph
These positions have the same in responsibility as our contracted staff, however if you're looking to have a work-life balance to match your needs, this is the type of work for you, as you can pick and choose which shifts you pick-up.

What's the role?
An Assistant Support Worker supports people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge, to live independently and achieve fulfilling lives. You will be involved in day-to-day support including: personal care, food preparation, housework, pursuing hobbies, support in the community and promoting independence. You will be part of a team, keep accurate and timely records, as well as develop positive relationships with the people you are supporting and their families.
What will you do?
- Provide a person centred, dynamic and innovative support service delivery.
- Assist Support Workers in their Key Working role.
- Maintain all required administrative records.
Who are we looking for?
- Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities, complex needs and high support requirements or transferrable skills or a desire to work with-in the field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Someone who can motivate and work in a positive way with people we support

For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.
