Bank Registered Nurse (Days/Nights). The Oaks Care Home

  • Hourly Rate: £24.47 per hour
  • Shifts: 8am–8pm days shifts and 8pm-8am nights shifts

Key Responsibilities

As a Bank Registered Nurse, your role will be dynamic and fulfilling. You will:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate and professional manner
  • Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Carry out regular assessments, monitoring residents' conditions and making necessary adjustments to care plans

  • Offer guidance and support to junior staff, ensuring a culture of learning and development within the team
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with legal and organizational requirements

Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’.
