This is a Hybrid role, the Collections team work from our Cardiff City Centre Office 3 days per week. Your first 3 months will be 5 days a week whilst you undergo your training.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Collections Officer, you'll be providing the best customer service while managing and carrying out the collection of outstanding accounts. You'll be getting in touch with customers, discussing payment plans, and keeping accurate records of all interactions and payment statuses. Additionally, you'll be working with other departments to resolve billing issues and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers.
Shift Patterns:
Core hours are between 8am-8pm Monday - Friday, with one Saturday in every 4 weeks (8am-12pm). Shift patterns would be:
