We have invested greatly in tenants’ homes since Stock Transfer from Ceredigion County Council in 2009, bringing homes in Ceredigion up to the Welsh Housing Quality Standard and ensuring that all our tenants receive high quality services from all departments.
We work closely with tenants on developing our services, planning for our future and introducing new services improvements such as a repairs appointment service.
We have actively ensured that there are wider economic advantages for the local economy in terms of creating job opportunities through training and apprenticeship schemes. Currently, £22 million of investment has brought much needed improvements to tenants’ homes as well as giving a boost to the economic future of communities within Ceredigion.
Tai Ceredigion is registered under the Co-operative and community benefit societies Act 2014 with charitable Rules and is registered with the Financial Services Authority. This means that all of Tai Ceredigion’s income can be ploughed back into improving tenants’ homes, providing quality services to tenants and leaseholders and running the housing service.
