Staffed 24/7 by experienced Mental Health Support Workers and led by a highly qualified Registered Manager, Hiraeth House offers a safe, therapeutic environment. We focus on recovery, risk management, and community reintegration—helping to relieve pressures on hospital services while supporting individuals to thrive. Through Thrive at Home, we deliver tailored community‑based support that moves beyond traditional domiciliary care. Our vision is simple: every person has the right to be their best self and live their best life in the community. With the right level of support, meaningful occupation, and a recovery‑focused model of care, our clients don’t just live in the community—they flourish. We also run inclusive social groups across Swansea and Neath Port Talbot to meet wider social and emotional needs. We accept referrals from Local Authorities, Health Boards, Private Funders, and self‑funding clients, including those with complex needs. With our dedicated teams of Mental Health Support and Recovery Workers, we pride ourselves on promoting independence, monitoring relapse indicators, and delivering bespoke, person‑centred care packages.
