Cymmer Afan Community Library, Cymmer. The library is managed by the Friends of Cymmer Afan Community Library, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation, and is supported by voluntary donations, Collaborative Communities, the European Social Fund and Neath Port Talbot County Library Service.
