We are a Welsh charity, actively working to ensure that all older people have homes that are safe, secure and appropriate to their needs.
Care and Repair helps older people in Wales live independently in their own homes. As a charity working through our network across Wales, we deliver practical help to create safe, warm and accessible homes. This help can range from delivering major modifications for people most in need, to offering advice and recommendations to people who need reliable professionals to carry out work.
For over 30 years, we have been at the frontline, representing the housing needs of older people – we believe passionately in the rights of older people to have decent housing and to be able to live independently as long as they want.
We are able to give this help free of charge thanks to donations from our supporters and as well as through our partnerships with the Welsh Government, and local authorities.
