Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Learning and Development Adviser (Telesales Executive) to develop relationships with employers and find funded apprenticeship learners.

You will provide excellent customer service to learners and employers to ensure that we hold on to them.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual (with at least 2 years' telesales experience) to join a growing team and develop your own new business and contacts.

The role is based at our Headquarters, Ocean Park House, Cardiff, and is part of the Business Development Team which reports to the Head of Business Development.

Hours: 37 hours per week
