Litigation department of two major South Wales law firms have a vacancies for an experienced litigation Paralegal or NQ.
Main Responsibilities
Working in the Litigation department, the successful candidate will assist the Employers and Public Liability Team.
Skills and Experience
- You will be either an experienced paralegal or NQ.
- Working in an open plan environment the ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years experience of EL/PL and and possess a working knowledge of BTE, ATE and CFA rules and procedures.
- Working under supervision, you must be able to work as part of a busy team and to hit billing and chargeable time targets.
- Client care is absolutely paramount so an excellent telephone manner and communication skills are critical to this role.
- You will need to demonstrate at interview a knowledge of the relevant statutory provisions relevant to this area of law.
