Ludlow Street Healthcare is an innovative, rapidly-expanding organisation that provides specialist care, education and treatment services for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and other specialist care needs.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Staff Nurse at our Heatherwood Court site in Pontypridd. As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies, improving the quality of care and ensuring that the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for the assessment of care needs as well as the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care.

A further obligation of this role will be to provide clinical and organisational leadership, as well as identifying opportunities for nursing research which will contribute to the development and operation of the service.

Normal working week is 37.5 hours worked flexibly Monday to Sunday. Shifts will include days, evenings, nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.

To be considered for this position you must be a qualified RMN and will have current registration with the NMC as well as 2 years previous experience of working in a Mental Health or learning disability care environment
