This excellent opportunity has arisen with an extremely successful Manufacturer based in South Wales. With turnover and profits growing year on year they are frequently developing the business and upgrading processes. They require an experienced NPD Engineer to support this continued growth and develop their product range.
Role & Responsibilities:
o Develop new products
o Define and introduce new methods of manufacture
o Source and develop new materials
o Customer Visits and project work
o Lead New Product Development/New Product Introduction activities
o Product and sample trials
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
o Strong NPI/NPD experience
o May come from a Manufacturing/Project/Design background
o Automotive experience would be a bonus
