Investment Time Administrator

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Investment Time Administrator.  This role can be based in either our Dundee or Cardiff Customer Service Centre.

Job Purpose:
To ensure that investment time is input into Work Force Management systems in accordance with the needs of the business whilst achieving Service Levels.

Main duties include:

  • Schedule agreed investment time on Work Force Management systems at suitable times to support Service Level goals and maximise agent availability
  • Track amount of investment time delivered or booked against target
  • Establish the investment time needs against agent availability in conjunction with Capacity Planning Managers
  • Looks at opportunities to increase investment time at short notice

Skills required:-

  • Customer Service/Contact Centre Experience
  • Good numerical skills
  • Statistical/Analytical Skills
  • Knowledge of modern Work Force Management systems
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture
