Holiday Administrator

This role can be based in either our Dundee or Cardiff Customer Service Centre.
Job Purpose:
To ensure that all staff are able to use our in house holiday system whilst ensuring that we have the correct number of people available to meet our customers’ needs.
Main duties include:
- Dealing with holiday enquiries from staff and managers
- Action requests that are in a pending state on our Work Force Management system
- Producing reports to highlight any issues with holiday use/allocation
- Flexing allocations to benefit Service Levels and utilisation
The skills I need are:
- Good numerical skills
- Statistical/Analytical skills
- Good written communication skills
- Knowledge of modern Work Force Management systems
- Ability to understand the bigger picture
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Package
