Situated in close proximity to the glorious Pembrokeshire coastline, this innovative manufacturer has established itself as a leading provider of niche systems to a truly diverse marketplace. Increased product demand has resulted in them having a full order book for the next 12 months, with the likelihood that they will acquire a number of lucrative new contracts throughout the coming year. Understandably, they need to further strengthen their manufacturing capability in order to support their strategic plans.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer your duties will cover:

o Coordinate and manage all aspects of engineering development and manufacturing
o Establish and develop solutions to improve reliability, output and cost of products
o Lead the engineering team in delivery of upgrades and modifications to composites, mechanical components, electrical and control systems
o

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

o Degree qualified or extensive experience in managing engineering, development and industrial departments.
o Strong technical background (ideally within automotive, aviation, electronics or renewables)
