Our Client is looking to recruit a experienced Banqueting Sous Chef to work within one of South Wales leading luxurious hotel resorts.
As a Chef De Partie you must be able to maintain standards even when under pressure and have the desire to succeed.
As a Banqueting CDP Chef you must be standards driven with a genuine drive and ambition, have experience in a similar sized / quality establishment including a minimum of 2 years experience within Banqueting. You will be a committed and dedicated individual who strives for perfection and enjoys producing volume up to 800.
