Our Client is currently looking for a self motivated Reservations Agent who enjoys working within a team environment. Your role will involve handling all incoming calls efficiently and effectively, converting them into bookings, maximising sales and room occupancy rates as well as upselling all aspects of this leading luxurious Hotel Resort.
As a Reservations Agent you will have a friendly telephone manner, good customer service skills, be a strong communicator and possess good keyboard skills. You will also provide an efficient and professional service as you will be the first point of contact with our customers – thus having an important say on our success!
Previous experience as a reservations agent would be advantageous although not essential. This could be a opportunity for a candidate looking to get into the hotel industry within sales office environment as full training is provided.
