An interesting new opportunity has arisen within Gwalia’s directorate of Business Management for an Absence Advisor.
Job Purpose
The Absence Advisor will process and provide absence management advice to employees and management. In partnership with organisation’s managers the role will provide professional, customer focussed absence advice and solutions that support the business in the management of the workforce.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be educated to CIPD Foundation Certificate in Human Resources Practice or equivalent and should possess transferable skills equitable to 2 years experience working in the area of absence management.
Based in Swansea, this role offers a competitive salary of £18,007 - £19,497 per annum and you will work 34.5 hours per week.
