Trainee salary of 14,406pa, increasing to 18,141 plus commission OTE 30-50k and benefits package possibly including a company car once qualified.
Are you interested in Audiology? Are you seeking a unique and exciting opportunity? During this paid 13 month trainee placement with our client, you will receive in house training and undertake work experience in the field to become a fully qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser, employed permanently by our client.
The primary role of a hearing aid dispenser is to:
Assess and treat hearing disorders.
Make a recommendation on appropriate hearing solutions.
Plan rehabilitation for your clients.
A Hearing Aid Dispenser offers a positive and life-changing experience to clients enriching their quality of life and providing ongoing rehabilitation and support. Whilst training, you will work primarily with the elderly and people who have suffered hearing loss at high street locations and will also be assigned time to work towards a degree in Audiology!
The successful applicant will have:
5 GCSE’s C grade and above including Maths, English and Science or equivalent.
Full UK Driving licence.
Commercial and business understanding coupled with a sales focus and aptitude.
Excellent computer literacy
If you are successful in your application, you will be required to attend a 3 month all expenses paid residential training course and all offers of employment will be subject to a full CRB and disclosure check.

Post training, you will be fully registered with the Health Professionals Council as a Hearing Aid Dispenser, have a degree in Audiology and a great career and salary in your line of work.
