- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Salary: £17,381 to £19,163 per annum, pro rata
- Contract: Fixed Term, until 31 August 2012

Role Summary
To engage with and progress young people aged 16-21 identified at risk of offending or re-offending. To deliver a personalised one-to-one support service in partnership with Working Links. The project is called ‘New Day’ and it will take place throughout Wales
