Give Me My Money Limited is a professional and reputable claims management company, that specialises in helping people who have been taken advantage of by financial institutions.
Due to our success, Give Me My Money Limited is pleased to be expanding and we are looking for a new Collections and Recoveries Agent.
The primary role of a Collections and Recoveries Agent is to facilitate the recovery of unpaid or late paid fees, and to play an active role in the team by supporting colleagues, and using your initiative to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Main duties include:
- The collection of outstanding fees in order to maximise income and minimise bad debt.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with clients with outstanding invoices.
- Chasing any invoices that are overdue, resolving any queries to ensure prompt payment.
- Send automatic overdue letters as per the Company procedure to all customers that have outstanding invoices.
- Send automatic legal action letters following the overdue letters.
- Compile aged debt reports on a weekly basis.
- Meet or exceed company debt to income targets.
- To act in accordance with all relevant regulations and codes of practice in relation to debt recovery practices.

Successful candidates will be educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent, and will have experience of working in debt management and collection. Ideally, candidates will have experience of working with the financial services sector.
