Main Responsibilities:
To support the sales process by sourcing and managing the availability of candidates working in the trades and labour sector.
The role will involve:
Advertising vacancies and job management; Call handling of prospective candidates; Registration of candidates online;

Skills and Experience
- Candidates must possess excellent IT and telehone communication skills.
- Minimum requirement of 6 GCSE's above 'C' grade including Maths and English.
Previous office experience is not essential but the desire to succeed, a competitive nature and the interest in carving out a career in a specialist recruitment sector is essential.
You must be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and be presentable. Your own transport would be a distinct advantage as part of the role will involve visiting construction projects.
