As part of our Premier Customer Service team, you’ll be dealing exclusively with high net worth customers. These are people who demand exceptional levels of service. So you must be prepared to go above and beyond as you handle everything from balance enquiries to overseas payment requests.

There’s no outbound calling involved. The challenge is to be able to resolve every call yourself, and to ensure the customer has an excellent experience every time.

Customer service roles don’t get much more challenging. To rise to that challenge, you’ll need to be able to show us where you’ve gone the extra mile for customers in the past. You’ll also need some genuine experience of sales.
