SERVICE ADVISOR


JOB PURPOSE:
  • To provide a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all job functions and tasks are delivered in an accurate and timely manner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responds positively to customer telephone enquiries relating tos ervice and repairs
  • Welcomes all customers at Service reception in a warm and professional manner
  • Uses appropriate telephone techniques and etiquette
  • Is able to speak confidently and professionally to customers
  • Produces invoices for completed work and explains the content to customers
  • Presents a consistently professional image to all customers through behaviour and personal appearance
  • Maintains effective relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations
  • Answers customers’ questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs in a manner that is easily understood and does not use excessive technical jargon
  • Builds positive relationships with customers and receives positive customer feedback
  • Manages customer problems, complaints and difficult situations bringing them to a speedy, satisfactory conclusion for all concerned
  • Understands and contributes to the achievement of customer satisfaction targets 


Hours - Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6pm     Saturday 8.00am – 1.00pm every second on rota
