An opportunity has arisen at The St David’s Hotel & Spa, Cardiff for a Commis Chef.
You will be an integral part of our Brigade, assisting the Chef de Partie in the preparation and service of high quality food ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times. You will gain great experience with opportunities to work alongside our Banqueting and Restaurant Brigades.
You will constantly strive for quality and consistence ensuring as a matter of course that the kitchen areas, equipment and utensils are maintained to the Food Safety standards required by the hotel.
The Candidate
This role is a fabulous opportunity for a Trainee Chef to move up in their career. You must already have gained skills within a demanding kitchen, but you should have the capacity and drive to learn more.
