The Role
Female Support Workers – Required to work one to three night shifts per week, 5.00pm – 09.00am (sleep in shift) in a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre for mothers with their children.
Skills and Experience
Experience in the Social Care sector is essential. Knowledge of the substance misuse field is desirable but not essential as supervision, support and training are provided. Applicants should possess good listening skills and understanding of complex needs.

Company Description
Ashcroft House is a residential rehabilitation centre for women who have had issues with substance abuse. The six to nine month rehabilitation programme for the mothers includes therapeutic intervention as well as teaching life and parenting skills. Children below school age are cared for in our in-house nursery whilst mothers attend their programme 09.00 – 16.00 Monday – Friday.
