The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen in our Cardiff office for a member of Customer Support to provide superb administration assistance to a team of motor claims handlers. Day to day you will be dealing with data entry in relation to motor claims within a vast range of areas within insurance, dealing within incoming mail, general administration duties, reconciliation of data and proactive diary management. You will also on occasion have the opportunity to speak to our customers and clients in order to gain information for the team.
You'll be/will have:
