We now have an excellent opportunity for an MI Analyst to join our established team within our Cardiff Service Centre.
You role will be to enhance, support and improve our MI reporting and process. You will be responsible for running Daily, Weekly and monthly MI for both internal and external Clients. You will be called upon to action ad hoc reporting requests from senior management and management from around our service centre and will take the lead in delivery of more complex reporting on the team.
Additionally, you will deputise for the Operations Support Manager 1) ensuring that work flow and general daily delivery for the team are maintained. & 2) acting as a second key point of contact within the team.
Desired Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills - To be able to build workbooks that can easily be run by Operations to include the use of pivot table and Macros. The ability to use MS Visual Basic for Excel is desirable.
- Advanced Business Objects skills.
- Investigative, Inquisitive and methodical approach to work.
- Customer focussed, self-driven and results orientated.
- Able to communicate at all levels
