We are currently recruiting for a Community Arts Manager.
Span Arts is a vibrant, busy community arts charity based in Narberth, Pembrokeshire. We run around 45 performing arts events a year including music, drama, comedy and more, as well as a variety of workshops and projects.
Main Purpose of Job
To provide leadership and management for the day to day running of Span Arts and to generate funds to ensure the organisation’s sustainability.
Applicants must:
- be efficient & versatile with strong financial & planning skills;
- demonstrate a commitment to and interest in community arts; and
- possess a proven knowledge and understanding of the efficacy of marketing tools and techniques.
Shift Information
30 hrs per week – £20k to £23k pro rata (depending on skills & experience). Location: Narberth, Pembrokeshire
