The Role:
PA Promotions is currently in an exciting stage of growth so we are looking to welcome a new team member who can provide administration support - helping us to deliver excellent customer service and extreme attention to detail with all our processes.
We supply a huge variety of promotional products to companies across the UK, our office environment is relaxed, friendly and often busy. You will report to our Key Account Manager and be able to follow through the order process from initial quotation through to order delivery. A sales background or experience within the promotional sector is beneficial but not essential. Full training on our software will be provided.

- Strong track record in being highly efficient and organized
- Possess a ‘can do’ attitude to work and a natural ability to prioritise
- Excellent telephone manner
- Hardworking and flexible approach
- Able to manage and track orders
- Clear focus on quality and service
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Good communication skills - confident manner when dealing with clients and suppliers
- Excellent track record in delivering general administration duties
- Fully computer literate
The hours:
10am – 3pm, Monday to Friday – hours can be negotiated to suit the right candidate.
