We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie.
The Role
Successful applicants will be responsible for the running of various sections of the Kitchen as required whilst maintaining high standards through skillful & innovative use of ingredients, materials, equipment and presentation to produce meals of the highest possible standard at all times.
Successful applicants will also assist in the supervision and development of staff and over all performance of the Kitchen function

Applicants must also have the ability to cope under pressure and previous experience within a similar job role is essential.
