Job Elements: -
• Communicate with customers from Italy, Spain & Portugal on a daily/weekly basis regarding orders to include shipping details, amendments to production schedules etc. via phone, fax and e-mail
• Effectively process customer orders onto the computer system
• Ensure any impact of any problems on customer orders are minimised and customer is kept informed at all times of current status on orders.
• Liaising on a daily basis with production, production planning etc. to ensure all orders are despatched, achieving customer satisfaction performance measures.
• Some orders i.e. special instructions need translating prior to passing to production
The ideal candidate will have:
• Fluent in oral and written Italian and English (and ideally fluent in Spanish & Portuguese).
• Previous experience in sales / customer services environment is ideal not essential.
• IT literate.
• Hands on individual.
• Effective organiser and communicator with a high degree of business awareness.
• Work experience in a similar manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
