The Role
As a Unit Leader you will be responsible for supporting the day to day management of your designated unit within Heatherwood Court. You will ensure the highest quality of service is provided for our clients through their person centred care plans and that unit staff are encouraged and supported to achieve and exceed their full potential.
Skills and Experience
You must be RNLD qualified with a minimum of 2 years experience. If successful, your appointment will be subject to a CRB Disclosure.
